Evaluation

Within seven days of the end of the project, we will contact the client by telephone for a two way informal feedback discussion.

Pricing Policy

The pricing policy is based on sound business practice of producing a high quality, personalised product at a competitive price. Prices vary and are tailored to the needs of the client. Discounts may be available under certain circumstances such as for larger or bulk projects.

Costs

All prices include:-

• Cost of initial production of materials supplied by Pet&r
• Travel and associated expenses for Pet&r consultants
• Development time
• Set up meetings

Expenses

All expenses will normally be included in the project fee unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Payment Terms

An invoice will be sent to the client at the end of the month in which the project is completed. Payment is due thirty days from the date of invoice. Pet&r is VAT registered - number 847416704. Cheques should be made payable to Pet&r. For longer duration projects a billing schedule will be agreed in writing before the start of the project.

Cancellation Terms

3 months or more – no charge
More than 1 month, less than 3 months – 50%
One month or less – 100%
Substitute dates may be negotiated

Insurance details

Through SMG Professional Risks we hold professional liability insurance cover up to £5,000,000 and £5,000,000 public liability insurance with AXA Insurance UK plc and Royal Sun Alliance.

Through Icon Insurances we have Home-Business insurance cover with Norwich Union for:-
Employers Liability (£10,000,000)
Public liability (£2,000,000)

Health & Safety

We will strive to maintain a safe working environment at all times when working with employees of the organisation. Furthermore, we will comply with any corporate or departmental policy and procedure made known to us.

Client Confidentiality

We guarantee not to disclose any information gathered, or issues discussed during the course of the project to any third party, other than in general terms preserving the anonymity of individuals and the organisation. All redundant material will be shredded.

Participant Confidentiality

Whilst managers of participants have the right to general feedback on individual performance, issues, and attitudes etc we will not provide detailed reports on participants without their knowledge and consent.

Data Protection

Pet&r is registered under the Data Protection Act - number Z8813254

Promotional Literature

On successful completion of the project we may list the organisation as a client in future publicity material that we produce.

References

If asked for a reference, we would seek your permission prior to supplying contact details.

Associates

Any associates used will be suitably qualified, experienced and fully briefed. Associates will only be engaged with the prior agreement of the client, and will be required to supply documentary evidence of qualifications, clearances etc, as requested by the client.

Copyright

Pet&r respects the copyright of others, we would ask that you do the same with any materials we supply.

Computer viruses

Pet&r scans all incoming and outgoing e-mails and attachments for viruses using Norton Anti-virus software, updated automatically.
